Show Notes:
In the second part of this special two-episode podcast, the hosts continue their discussion with Rev. Kurt Sauder about how to live fully after a loss from cancer.
Kurt shares how he finds himself on the other side of grief with a renewed sense of purpose for God, and how it led him to start Further Still Ministries, which is devoted to helping people go deeper in their walk with God, despite their prognosis. He recounts the moment he realized God was changing him, and how he is learning to balance the joys and sorrows of life through new eyes, and even allowing love to enter once again.
The hosts introduce the resource “Emotional Needs of Cancer Patients” and discuss how cancer care ministers can help cancer patients and their families navigate the deep waters of grief and loss.
